To correctly overlay a new language version onto your core installation, follow this precise sequence to avoid file system conflicts. Step 1: Accessing Your Autodesk Portal Fully close any active sessions of AutoCAD 2016.
To add a new language pack to a machine running AutoCAD 2016, use the following manual installation method: Step 1: Download the File Close all active sessions of AutoCAD. Sign in to your portal on the Autodesk Account Manager .
This is the most frequently reported problem when installing language packs. It occurs when users attempt to install a language pack installing the core AutoCAD software. The solution is simple:
: Ensure that any installed Service Packs (such as SP1 for AutoCAD 2016) are compatible with the localized language pack to prevent interface errors.
: They only contain localized text strings and documentation, which keeps file sizes small and installation fast.
Traditionally, switching the language of a complex software suite like AutoCAD meant installing an entirely separate, localized version of the program. This wasted valuable hard drive space and complicated network deployments for IT administrators.

Just shouting out a big THANK YOU!!! for the K Meter plugin - I have been looking for a dedicated meter to use with logic without having to instigate 3 or more different plugins to monitor using the K -System. I have adopted the K system into my mixes for some time now and it vastly improves dynamics and clarity in digital land! I only hope the rest of the industry gets onboard!
