Mrinal travels to the coal mining town of Jharia, only to discover that the project is funded by a ruthless local mafia. The money he receives is "shelled out by a mafia who wants him to make a porn film!". As he is forced to complete the film within three days, the lines between cinema and crime blur, and Mrinal becomes entangled in a dangerous underworld, finding himself trapped until he can finish the project. To make matters worse, a young girl's body is discovered in the mines, pulling him into a deeper investigation.
