OTP Verification
Your One-Time Password (OTP) has been sent to your registered email address and phone number. The OTP expires in 5 minutes.
Search for the full model number on the printer’s label, e.g.:
Use an approved cleaning pen or lint-free cloth with isopropyl alcohol to remove adhesive residue or dust.
Records individual sample weights during blending.
Troubleshooting common RS-232 communication "handshake" errors.
Select "Install printer drivers" and follow the on-screen prompts.
While holding the button, turn the power switch back on. Release the Feed button after 2 to 3 seconds.
Hold down both the and Pause buttons simultaneously for three seconds.
